LingoPair Terms of Service
LingoPair is operated by 張文銓, with a contact address at 236 新北市土城區中央路二段163號2樓 台灣. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
LingoPair provides tutor discovery, contact, trial-request and related platform services. Tutors are independent providers. Students and tutors arrange ordinary lessons, lesson fees and post-lesson matters directly unless checkout clearly says otherwise.
2. Account eligibility
You must have reached the age of legal majority where you live and provide accurate information. You may not impersonate others, evade enforcement, harass, defraud or send spam.
3. Student Pass
- The Pass is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
- The Pass provides seven consecutive 24-hour service days.
- You may first contact up to three new tutors per service day; reasonable follow-up with an existing tutor is not a new-tutor contact.
- Obvious abuse, copied spam inquiries or attempts to evade limits may lead to suspension.
4. Trial arrangement fees
For a paid trial, the tutor first accepts and proposes a time, then the student pays to confirm. The payment is LingoPair's platform arrangement fee, not lesson tuition collected for the tutor. After completion, the tutor may receive non-withdrawable platform promotion credits. Student cancellation or non-attendance after confirmation is generally non-refundable; a full refund applies if the tutor or platform cancels, or the arrangement service is not supplied, subject to mandatory law.

6. Safety, review and suspension
LingoPair may review tutor information, investigate payment or safety events, and restrict accounts during fraud, harassment, payment disputes or material violations. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
